Can't create a new project in supabase

I keep getting:
"The organization has members who have exceeded their free project limits
The following members have reached their maximum limits for the number of active free plan projects within organizations where they are an administrator or owner:"
Even though I have only one project, it seems something related to this, which means my other project was stuck in DELETE stage.
Can anyone help ?
