I reinstalled immich, now my photos are not showing up.

I am using TrueNAS, with immich installed using built in Apps. Configured using host path to main_storage/data/media/photos
db path to main_storage/data/pgData
I ran the initial import and all photos imported and cataloged properly. I had to reinstall due to an error. I had to to delete and recreate pgData database, so my metadata and all that has to be reestablished. I figured that would be fine, because I can just rebuild metadata, but now my images do not show up in immich web ui. The images are still in their folders, immich just doesn't see them.
