Infolist missing record with BelongsToMany and Pivot data

I am upgrading to v4 from v3. I have a relationship manager which has pivot data. This works correctly for both the form and infolist modal in v3. However, in v4 the infolist modal is empty. I have debugged the record and that is

. If I remove the infolist method from the relationship manager, it shows the disabled form fields with the data correctly filled in. The relationship has the
