Responsive Table Layout

Seems that there's no good way to build a table layout that looks good in mobile.
We have these example in the docs: https://filamentphp.com/docs/4.x/tables/layout#the-problem-with-traditional-table-layouts
But with these examples the table headers are removed, and I would like to have a normal table for the bigger screens and a grid or flex layout for mobile.
I don't think there's a built-in way of doing this but I think it would be really necessary.
I don't mind creating 2 table schemas: one for mobile and another for bigger screens.
Is this possible with the standard filament components?
How are developers handling this problem?
