How do I remove "ghost" entries from the database?

So to explain my situation:
I've migrated Immich data after few years of usage to a new server. However, it seems during data transfer to another storage medium, it failed to copy about 2/5 of photos and videos belonging to one user. Other two user's media is intact though. The database restore was successful.
The problem:
Now I have missing media for that one user on my server, and since database restore was done, whenever that user tries to view the missing photos, them are meet with "Error loading image" or similar. I still have the photos and videos on the phones, so my plan is to restore lost media by uploading whatever's missing. But I cannot do that as long as the database thinks the files are there, hence my question. I'm guessing I'll have to directly query the database, but I have no idea how.
