Seeding auth.users for testing

Hello, I am looking for advice on how to seed tenants in the

auth.users

auth.users

table. I haven't found a working solution online except someone who seeds with the JavaScript client API as a step before running

; however I cannot find documentation on how to do this correctly. If anyone has any personal solutions on how to do this in the seed file that would be incredible. The only constraint is that I need to be able to login with at least one account for user testing.
