I can't seem to get test_otp to work in Supabase CLI

I edit my

config.toml

config.toml

file and uncomment the following lines

[auth.sms.test_otp]
4152127777 = "123456"

[auth.sms.test_otp]
4152127777 = "123456"

I have also enabled sms signup

[auth.sms]
# Allow/disallow new user signups via SMS to your project.
enable_signup = true

[auth.sms]
# Allow/disallow new user signups via SMS to your project.
enable_signup = true

But everytime I run

supabase start

supabase start

it states the following warning

WARN: no SMS provider is enabled. Disabling phone login

WARN: no SMS provider is enabled. Disabling phone login

I am on version

2.67.1

of the CLI and tried it in older versions before this and it has never worked for me. I know it wasn't working a few versions back but I have seen reports from 2024 that it was fixed. I have even found this reddit post where a user said it's working for them https://www.reddit.com/r/Supabase/comments/1g2wz6a/how_to_test_sms_loginotp_with_supabase_cli/

Has anyone ever got this working and if so can you share how please?
