Help Setting up Hardware Machine Learning

I am having a hard time. The documents are great. But only if I know how to read/write these compose files. I am trying to use my GTX 970 for my hardware.
I have already installed the NVIDIA Tool kit.
I downloaded the hwaccel.ml.yml file and placed in same directory as my docker-compose.yml file.
No matter how I change my compose file, I cannot get it to work. I cant even get immich to run properly. I just know I am doing something wrong in my compose file. My formatting is wrong.
I am running Immich V2.4.1
I have attached my compose file I have tried modifying to make this work.
This is what I get when I try to run immich with the attached compose file.
validating /home/jordan/docker/immich-app/docker-compose.yml: services.immich-machine-learning additional properties 'file', 'service' not allowed
