authi'm currently using next14 and do not have access to the Proxy suggestion provided by supabase's latest documentation.
the egress on my project is off the charts because the middleware will essentially make getUser calls every time a network call happens-- does this make sense as a best practice?
my backend currently requires a bearer token in the header so i'm fetching the token every time i'm making an API call to my backend.
