I have a question regarding the usage restriction on my Free Plan account. My billing cycle runs from the 5th of each month, but now, on 04/01 at 10:50 PM (Brasília time), my account is still restricted even though I expected the cycle to renew.
I realized I exceeded the Egress quota due to a mistake in a front-end application I was testing. I would like to know if the Free Plan access will automatically reset at the start of the new cycle (05/01) or if there might be a delay, and if there’s anything I can do to restore access before then.
