More Decorations mode not loading on Dedicated server

mod-managerI have a dedicasted Linux server with Satisfactory 1.1 installed from linuxgsm.com/servers/sfserver/
I added the server to SMM and it was detected, I shutdown the server from command line on the linux host.
I installed the More Decorations Mod, it downloaded and indicated in SMM that it is added and active installed.
I started the server back up from command line on the host.
I launched my Game client and connected to the server just fine.
I do not see the build menu for the More decorations in my build menu though ?
I search around for about 30 minutes and could not find anything.
Am I missing something to get this working.
In SMM if I select the Steam Game installation and not the Server it also says the mods are installed.
