Unable to check the app or server version

I recently setup immich on my nas using docker and it all of a sudden doesnt want to connect anymore.
I've looked inside docker and it gives two image errors for:
- valkey/valkey
-ghcr.io/immich-app/postgres
the possible causes it gives me are:
1. This image was forcibly deleted through the terminal or other irregular methods
2. Image with the same name and version number downloaded/imported
all 4 containers seem to be running fine regardless idk
(i only use docker for immich and have not used the terminal in any way yet)
also the docker logs do not show anything except it started successfully.
i will include the compose and env asap
