Nested slideOuts scrollable in V4

Hi all,
I am updating my application from V3 to V4, and I noticed in V4 nested slideOut modals behaviour has changed.
In V3, only the most top modal was scrollable, but now they both stay scrollable?
It could be my implementation of Tailwind v4 (with the layers) that is causing this.
So I was wondering if somebody has the same setup like I have (nested slideOuts on Filament V4), and if they are scrollable as well or not (meaning it's an issue on my side, or it perhaps is a bug).
