Just a quick question about the machine learning. In the settings it says everything is 100% processed, but my cpu is still being used to almost full power by ente photos. Why could that be?

Solution
Its generating streams for videos in your library - which is an intensive operation. And it will cause some degradation in your system's performance.
You can turn if off, and then turn it on again overnight which will then process all your old videos
