Does effect has a map (and filter, flatmap) lib, where no effects are used, so for some parts (some larger data arrays) I can with bare metal js performance like fromhttps://gcanti.github.io/fp-ts/modules/Array.ts.html#map or https://mobily.github.io/ts-belt/benchmarks/v3.12.0/macbook-pro-2021 which archives 250,000 ops/s (map -> filter -> reduce) on a mac book
