Im trying to downgrade my subscription to hobby but im getting this message (see image). Do you i have to pay to downgrade?!
Also can i refund the last subscription. I wanted to cancel earlier but i needed to understand if i could keep my unused credits and if i had to pay to downgrade, but you didnt respond to me.
