Character Frozen/Invincible - Can use UI but cannot move

Mod IssueHi everyone, I need some help. My character is completely frozen and cannot move or attack.
The Problem:
After joining my world, my character is stuck in place.
I am invincible (taking no damage).
I CAN open my inventory and chat, but I CANNOT use any movement keys (WASD).
Ambience and music are playing fine.
This started happening after I reforged my armor using modded modifiers (Stronger Reforges / Armor Modifiers).
Even if I remove my armor, the character stays frozen.
What I've tried:
Teleporting (Magic Mirror) - Still frozen after teleport.
Deleting map files (.map) - It worked for a while but then it happened again.
Checking logs - I see an IndexOutOfRangeException related to MapHelper.
Technical Info:
tML Version: 1.4.4.9
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620
I have attached my client.log below.
I have around 100+ mods enabled. The issue started specifically after using Stronger Reforges and Armor Modifiers.
Can someone please check my logs and tell me which mod is causing this input block? Thanks in advance!
