Overriding base.blade.php in my own build, bringing it out of the vendor directory

Hi all! OK, so multiple renderHooks in the panel provider (and creating a bunch of individual segments) isn't the way I want to go about things. I want to maintain a status quo as much as I can across my build, and not have to worry about maintaining 4-5 individual stubs (a top bar, a sidebar, a footer etc). If I had a singular admin layout file that wraps around all the Filament chunks, I'd be so much happier.

I found base.blade.php in the vendor views file. This is exactly what I'm after, it's full of render hooks and I can take a helicopter view of the whole layout.

Can I not just use this principle, would you have any issues with me doing it like this and can I not just use LAYOUT_START to embed this whole thing? I want to work with Filament, not against it and I know about not overriding these segments so it doesn't screw me later when there are breaking changes (https://filamentphp.com/docs/4.x/styling/css-hooks#publishing-blade-views)
