Trying to install mods onto a server

mod-managerWhen trying to install mods onto a server using FTP this happens and i think its causing the mods to not install correctly? i still have connected to the internet and the speeds are okay so im not sure whats causing this. what other info is needed? usually i have to restart my SMM to get to any other screen
