A second 404 call to styles.css

Tanstack Start site, working as expected, but I get this second call for styles.css with some query params. Url looks like this

http://localhost:4200/@tanstack-start/styles.css?routes=__root__%2C%2F

http://localhost:4200/@tanstack-start/styles.css?routes=__root__%2C%2F

Not sure where this comes from. Any ideas?
