Do pooler connections use static IP after enabling dedicated IPv4 address?

Does transaction pooler also use the static IP when I enable dedicated IPv4 address addon?
I hope to whitelist supabase's ipv4 so my ec2 in VPS can access it, but I'm confused if only direct connection uses the static IP or also other poolers are using the static IP.
