Migrating between S3 providers

I have just completed migrating all my data from Minio bucket to Backblaze B2. I used Rclone sync to do this and all the data is now present in the B2 bucket.
I then changed my museum.yaml to point to the B2 bucket. I generated an access key with bucket list permissions as well as access permissions for the specific bucket for Ente.
Running the docker compose, there was no issues, however, upon opening my Ente app, I was met with the photos being listed but no thumbnails nor any photos I can access.
How can I go about troubleshooting this?
