Update from 1.125.7

I know, itàs been a while since I updated Immich lol. So, here is my question: what is the best course of action if I wanna update to latest? I currently deploy via docker-compose, so I was thinking of doing incremental updates.
For instance, on GitHub I see that v1.133.0 introduced some breaking changes. SO I am thinking first thing first I should update to 1.133.0?
Anything I should be aware of? I will of course make backups along the way
