Serverless build time out Error

I'm seeing the exact same issue today.

Symptoms:
- Build hangs at "exporting cache" / "Creating cache directory"
- Eventually fails with RPC Unavailable / EOF
- ref layer locked errors
- Build times out after ~30 minutes
- Disabling cache does not help
- Works locally, fails only on RunPod serverless

One of my recent build logs:
- Build timeout after 1800s
- rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = ref layer locked
- error reading from server: EOF

Looks like an infra-side cache / storage issue.
