Screenshots with incorrect timezone

All my photos are uploading correctly to Immich (from iOS photos and from Google Takeout), but my screenshots and saved photos from apps (e.g. WhatsApp, Viber) are showing incorrect timezone which is set to GMT+00:00 but my correct timezone is GMT+08:00. I have already fixed the env file to TZ=Asia/Manila and restarted all containers, but the uploaded screenshots are still in GMT+00:00.
