I'm on the free plan and I upgraded my postgres version a few months ago. However, an error occurred, leading to me needing to contact support to fix the issue. The update was completed, but I was left with a read replica which I can't remove. The replica appeared during the process of updating postgres, and I now have no way of updating my postgres version going forward, without deleting the real replica.
I've made a ticket about this over a month ago now, and I've had no response. Should I submit another ticket with keywords in?
