Model not showing as available despite being in config

Hi! I'm having an issue where openai-codex/gpt-5.2-codex is defined in my clawdbot.json config under agents.defaults.models, but it's not showing up as an available model option in my sessions.
What I've tried:
- Verified the model is in /home/jayphen/.clawdbot/clawdbot.json under agents.defaults.models
- Restarted the gateway
- Other sessions show as using gpt-5.2-codex successfully
- Attempting to set it via session_status returns "Model not allowed" error
