Having trouble setting up Immich on Synology NAS

I am trying to set up Immich on my Synology NAS using Container Manager, however for some reason the server container cannot connect to the database. I've used the following set up guide:

The error that I am getting in the logs of the server container can be found in the screenshot. Does anyone know how to fix this?
