.exe is being detected as a virus and removed on sight by certain AV

other
Hello!

We've been developing an application for close to 20 years now and haven't had any issues like this so far but now our own AV (ESET) deletes said application after we zip and unzip it. I tried running it through virustotal and the results don't really tell me a lot. These are the only 5 AV that detected anything.

Would getting an EV signing solution help mitigate this issue? What else could I look into to figure out why our application looks suspicious to AVs and what could be done to be considered more trustworthy?
