Getting missing files errors after restoring from backup

❓Question💻Web🗄️Server☑️Ready
Hi, I restored from a backup after moving my whole Immich stack to another server. Everything went smooth and it works fine since several weeks now. However when using immich-go I just realized, that it is aborting because of internal server error 500. When looking at the Immich containers logs I saw many log entries like:
[Nest] 23 - 01/15/2026, 10:26:09 PM ERROR [Api:GlobalExceptionFilter~g5sk8s1n] Unknown error: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, access '/usr/src/app/upload/encoded-video/35beae71-248e-4ff2-998a-c93be3aafaac/1d/f9/1df97868-8def-4b2f-8571-b162a3f9276c-MP.mp4'

It is always and only the
encoded-video
encoded-video
folder. Looking at it with
ls -la
ls -la
it looks something like this:

drwxrwxr-x 2 immich 1000 0 12. Dez 17:13 f46a57eb-bdaf-4efc-9d40-1675f7cecde5
-rwxrwxr-x 1 immich 1000 13 15. Jan 22:30 .immich

-rwxrwxr-x 1 immich 1000 13 15. Jan 22:30 .immich

When restoring from the backup I only moved the
library, upload, profile
library, upload, profile
folders, since this is documented here (https://docs.immich.app/administration/backup-and-restore/) and saved moving a lot of GB via a slow internet connection to another server.

Thus I think there is something going on with the database referring to the encoded-videos that have not been migrated. Is there a way to "clean" this up or "repair" it? I thought about the repair page that was present in i.e. v.1.117.0 back then (https://v1.117.0.archive.immich.app/docs/administration/repair-page/), but it seems like this was removed in newer versions.

Any other way to do this in current versions? Thanks in advance!
