GOXLR Utility plugin (kind of broken)

When first installing the plugin it works perfectly fine but then after a reboot it won't connect ever again.
On Elgatos software it connects fine (windows) each time after reboot. so idk if there is a small differance that breaks it on linux. havnt tried opendeck on windows to see if it does the same. but i'm dual booting so can do that if needed.

so, looks like the plugin is working correctly and as it should with those fixes
