Items in world seemingly random

Mod IssueI'm playing calamity and for some reason my world has been corrupted or some sort, because I have weapons and trophys from bosses that I never have killed, and those old items are now gone. I never had a weapon dealing fuckin 4000 damage.
I switched to a new pc and transfered the files via just keeping the entire ssd and everything was doing as normaly until I noticed that shit
