Twitch Tools Barraider does not work.

It brings up a window like this, with the option to link, but clicking that opens a window with a link of "http://localhost:4201/?access_token=28ol4p8lrr9fcprp8ti1tla2izphxw" and says the page cannot be displayed.
Solution
I don't know of a plugin, but there is somthing called twitch-cli if I remember correctly which you could use via the
run command
