Excludes files in external library

Hi,
I imported an external library with 39.000 images ( ~350 GB). Unfortunately, I forgot to exclude the RAW images files (I only want to view the generated JPGs from the RAW-images). I corrected the exclude filter of the library and did a rescan of the library, but the RAW images files still appear in Immich.
How do I get rid of the now exluded files?
