plugin 'essentials for spotify' not installing on bazzite

When attempting install I get the following message:

Failed to install "Essentials for Spotify"
Node.js version 20.0.0 or higher is required

Solution

layer it onto your system using

sudo rpm-ostree install nodejs

sudo rpm-ostree install nodejs

then

plugin 'essentials for spotify' not installing on bazzite - OpenDeck
