IMMICH truenas storage migration fail

so it has been a while now tired to move photos from immich old storage configuration to the new one but i only have blurry thumbnails for the old pictuires and i am not sure what to do mind i only went off guides and chat GPT cause i dont really know what to do preferably i guess i need someone to guide me
