Dear Supabase Support Team,
We are currently working on a graduation project, with the project defense scheduled for this week. At this stage, database availability is critical.
While validating the system and finalizing documentation, we executed the following metadata query on the public schema to list tables, columns, primary keys, and foreign keys.
Immediately after executing thequery, the database became completely unresponsive.
Current issues:
Dashboard errors: Failed to retrieve tables, Failed to load schemas
SQL and Table Editor errors: Connection terminated due to connection timeout
Database password reset fails with the same timeout
Compute & Disk metrics fail to load (Failed to get disk utilization)
Actions attempted (unsuccessful):
Reloading schemas and tables
Running simple SQL queries
Attempting database password reset
Reviewing Compute & Disk usage
Urgent Request:
We urgently request immediate investigation and recovery of the PostgreSQL instance for project nxhsvwgulpqxuerskohx, including root cause analysis (e.g., stuck sessions, connection pool exhaustion, locks, or resource saturation), along with remediation and prevention guidance.
This issue is blocking our graduation project defense scheduled for this week and is extremely time-sensitive. A priority and expedited response would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Justice Connect Project Team
