Parallel conditional routes

In a few words, I am looking for a correct way to try to migrate from a Next.js app to Tanstack Start, and at this point, I am not sure how to make it with the existing features.
My app uses NextJS parallel conditional routes

Where the pathname can be the same, but rendered with different UI for different roles, some of the routes are role-specific.
e.g. the file structure in Next.js:
app/
And the portal layout.tsx is kinda like this

Simultaneously render one or more pages in the same view that can be navigated independently. A pattern for highly dynamic applications.
