Backup query

Hi,
I have some questions about the scheduled backups that can be seen here:
https://supabase.com/dashboard/project/<project-id>/database/backups/scheduled
1. Is there an API to download these?
2. Are these stored on the same aws server as the database? I'm trying to figure out that if i lost the AWS member, if the backup's would still be available once everything was rebuilt?
3. I know i can pull the data via CLI, however i understand id need a few commands to do so, id rather pull the one that was already backed up (if i even need to, if its on separate infra, i would assume supabase have that already backed up)
