Updated to latest version and now Telegram is broken
I updated to the latest version by running the installer again and now the Telegram integration is broken:
If I also try "clawdbot tui" and write in the chat I get:
Any idea how to fix this?

HTTP 400 invalid_request_error: messages.600.content.1: unexpected tool_use_id
found in tool_result blocks: toolu_01MbGyAgooKeUodUd9k7Cocm. Each tool_result
block must have a corresponding tool_use block in the previous message.
