Sub-agents calling clientTools

Hey folks, wondering if it is possible for agents being called by a network agent to see and execute local tools passed up via clientTools with the JS SDK.
From my testing I haven't been able to get them triggered if the prompts in the sub agents mention calling the local tools, but if they are in the network agent then it works.
