Cannot receive packets from multicast udp sender

I one to do multicast communication over UDP in .NET but cannot seem to get it working.
I have disabled my firewall, I can see the packets arriving in wireshark.

Does anyone know what is wrong with my code, any help or links to documentation I might have missed would be greatly appreciated!
