Are there still plans to support Rsbuild with TanStack Start?

There is this post https://x.com/schanuelmiller/status/1921548992061563377?s=20 about the planned Rsbuild support and I've expected to see some progress on it after devinxi and rc, but I'm not seeing any mentions about it. Are there still plans to implement this?
