Cron Job Execution Works, but Delivery from my plugin Fails

Cron jobs with

deliver: true

deliver: true

and

channel: "tlon"

channel: "tlon"

execute successfully but fail to deliver messages. (Tlon is a p2p messenger, like TG but p2p)

Error at heartbeat:

"Outbound not configured for channel: tlon"

"Outbound not configured for channel: tlon"

What works in the sequence:
- Cron scheduling triggers correctly
- Isolated sub-agent sessions spawn
- Tasks execute (bird CLI, searches, summaries generated)
- Content is produced

Then what fails
- Delivery to Tlon DMs or channels
-

payload.deliver: true

payload.deliver: true

with

payload.channel: "tlon"

payload.channel: "tlon"

doesn't work

Example Cron Config:
