Merged a branch in Github but won't deploy to production

UPDATE: Pushing a dummy change directly to main deployed the migration that was stuck in a pending state. Unclear to me what the issue was. Will see if future merges present the same problem.
Successfully merged in Github after it said it passed the preview check. But now it isn't actually being deployed. It's stuck on this page
