Im trying to get into his supabase dashboard and forget my password but the reset email never is sent not even spam this might be also github related issue since im also not able tog et in my github or reset my password there

i have found a possible reason for this this The "Social Login" Trap (Most Likely)
If you signed up for Supabase using the "Login with GitHub" button, you technically don't have a Supabase password. * The Issue: When you click "Forgot Password" on Supabase, the system may say "Email Sent," but it won't actually send one because your account is linked to an OAuth provider (GitHub).
The Fix: You must first recover your GitHub account. Once you can log into GitHub, use the "Login with GitHub" button on Supabase again.
but how do i do that anyone ahd every somthing similar cuase my github has the exact same issue of my mail being blacklisted somehow
