Recently my nextcloud high performance backend for talk (which is a docker container listening on 192.168.0.5:8686) in my case seems to be blocked.
but cscli decisions list shows no active decisions. My nextcloud installation itself is bare metal, not docker, it just connects to this addon as a docker container, same for HARP.
If I do cscli decicions delete --all, then sytemctl stop crowdsec, systemctl disable crowdsec, and then reboot the Talk high performance backend works again.
If I re-enable crowdsec, either immediately or after some minutes the HPB wil be unreachable. It seems to be the docker container itself that gets blocked, the proxy still works, but the container is not reachable anymore neither by proxy or by localhost.
