Claude Max Subscription Issues

I've tried multiple times and can't get it working with my subscription. It always falls back to my openrouter api key.

From the logs, I see this:

I went through the "claude setup-token" and pasted the token in the onboarding and also tried: "export CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN=<token>" and no luck.

Anyone have any ideas what else to try? Thanks.
