Hey y'all, I have a couple of big questions.
First of all, I switched to ChatGPT 5.2. It's weird; it sometimes doesn't work or just puts out a "status 400 reasoning trace" message. I don't really know why it does that, and I'm not sure I like it. It also seems like it can hit rate limits pretty quickly.
Because I don't think I can afford to use Claude models (definitely not Opus) on my personal account—the usage goes through too quickly—I'm wondering about my other options if I don't move back to Opus:
1. What is it like to use Gemini? I think I might have more usage available on Gemini, if that's possible, and I'd like to know how to set it up.
2. I'm seeing people talking about Minimax. I've never used it before, so how is it as a core model for you?
3. How does it compare to Opus or Sonnet in terms of cost, personality, and performance?
