2026.1.24: exec approval

I've configured the exec-approvals.json
On 2026.1.23-1 runs without problems. On 2026.1.24 my main agents fails to exec because he has no approval. Downgrade to 23-1 fix the problem.
Any changes in the latest version on exec approval config?

agents.tools.exec.security: "full"

agents.tools.exec.security: "full"

and the agent set to "full", you get full bypass (no approval needed).
